How to Buy

Step 1: Choose Your Product

• Browse our collection and find the product you want.
• Click on Details to view product information or Add to Cart directly.

Step 2: Customize Your Selection

• If applicable, choose your preferred size, flavor, or quantity.
• Click Add to Cart once you are ready.

Step 3: Select Your Shipping Location

• A pop-up window with a list of available shipping locations will appear.
• Choose your preferred location and click Continue.

Step 4: Checkout Process

• If you want to continue shopping, click Shop More.
• Enter your phone number and click Proceed.
• For existing customers, log in using your password.
• For new customers, an OTP will be sent to your phone for verification.

Step 5: Shipping Address

• Select a saved shipping address or add a new one.
• Edit existing addresses if needed.

Step 6: Select Shipping Method

• Choose a shipping method from the available options.
• Shipping charges will be displayed based on your location.
• Click Continue to move to the Payment Method.

Step 7: Choose Payment Method

• Select your preferred payment method: COD, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or bKash.

Step 8: Confirm Your Order

• Click Confirm Order and you will receive a thank you message.

Payment Details

• For online payment, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway.
• You will receive an SMS and Email confirming your order.
• Our customer support team will contact you for processing the order.

Important Information

• EMI (Equal Monthly Installments) are available for orders over AED 500.
• EMI and non-EMI products cannot be purchased together in the same order.
• Pre-order products must be purchased separately from regular products.
