We offer a 3 Days Replacement Guarantee for physical products sold through vapecitydxb.com, excluding unsealed boxes or opened packages.
Replacement Conditions:

REQUIREMENTS FOR A VALID RETURN:
To initiate a return request, the following conditions must be met:
